2012 Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting Mutton & Mead.  Without the help of volunteers we would be unable to provide our patrons with a low cost, high quality day of entertainment. 

Our volunteers are very important to us; we will make every effort to match people with appropriate tasks and prepare them properly.  Volunteers will be asked to sign a contract after assignment(s) have been determined. 

All volunteers will receive festival admission, a Mutton and Mead T-shirt, and a certificate of appreciation! Please put a note in your calendar of the festival date: Saturday and Sunday, June 23rd and 24th, 2012.

If you are serious about participating, please fill out the form below.  You will be contacted by the appropriate staff. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
